The term Bioclimatic is most often used to refer to a canopy of tilting louvres, usually made from aluminium, that can be adjusted automatically to provide different levels of shading. The louvres, or salts, can also be closed completely for full shade and protection from the rain. This type of canopy proves very popular with the hospitality trade where its flexibility allows different customer preferences to be catered for.
